Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This privacy notice explains how DTS Money handles personal data collected through this website. DTS Money is a brand operated by XWARD PAY Inc. and owned by DTS Data BK Ltd. It is written to reflect the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

DTS Money is operated by XWARD PAY Inc. (Vancouver, Canada), the data controller for personal data processed through this site, and owned by DTS Data BK Ltd (London, United Kingdom).

For individuals in the European Union, our GDPR representative is Afacomp UAB (Vilnius, Lithuania). You can reach our Data Protection Officer at dpo@dtsmoney.com.

Data we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you choose to provide: typically your name, company, email address, and the content of your message.

We also collect limited, aggregated technical information needed to operate the site securely, such as standard server logs. This website does not require an account and does not host the DTS Money platform itself.

How we use your data

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Our legal bases are your consent when you contact us, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, and compliance with our legal obligations.

Sharing your data

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate this website (for example, hosting), and with the affiliated entities named above where necessary to handle your request. All such parties are bound to protect your data.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

International transfers

Because the entities involved are located in Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union, your data may be transferred across borders. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice and as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise your rights, contact dpo@dtsmoney.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only what is necessary to make the site work and, where applicable, privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify you personally.

For audience measurement we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that sets no cookies and collects no personal data. There is therefore no cookie or consent banner on this site.
